Move your investor data room to Perseids
You can move an existing investor data room into Perseids without rebuilding its structure by hand. You export from your current provider, upload the export, and Perseids preserves the folder hierarchy so the room an investor sees looks like the one you already curated.
Supported migration paths

- Any ZIP or folder upload with a directory structure
These are export-and-upload migration paths. Perseids does not claim live native integrations with these providers.
The migration flow
- 1Export your existing room or folder from the current provider.
- 2Upload the export into Perseids Import Existing Data Room.
- 3Perseids reconstructs the folder hierarchy and lists what it found.
- 4Review the structure, rename or reorganise anything you want changed.
- 5Optionally attach a historical visitor CSV so past engagement is not lost.
- 6Set per-recipient permissions, NDA gating and watermarking.
- 7Re-invite your existing audience and continue diligence with live activity from that point.
