Perseids for employees

The equity you were granted, in plain sight.

Most employees hold options they have never really seen. Perseids shows you your grants, what has vested, what exercising would cost — and, when your company opens a liquidity window, lets you offer shares you actually own.

Access comes from your company

There is no public sign-up for employees. Your company links you to your stakeholder record and you receive an invitation by email. If you were expecting one, check your inbox or ask whoever manages equity where you work.

Are you the one who grants the equity? Set up your company on Perseids.

Your grants

Every option grant, strike price and grant date in one place.

Vesting

Deterministic vesting with cliffs — vested today, and what vests next.

Exercise cost

Estimated cost, spread and withholding before you commit to anything.

Requests

Submit an exercise request; your company reviews, confirms payment and settles.

Certificates

Once settled, the shares appear in your holdings with a certificate.

Liquidity

Offer settled shares when your company opens a window. Never your unvested options.

What you can and cannot see

Private by construction, both ways.

The employee view is deliberately narrow. It protects the company’s cap table and your colleagues’ holdings, and it protects you from acting on numbers the company has not confirmed.

  • You see your own equity only — never the cap table, never colleagues' holdings.

  • You never write to the ledger. Exercising is a request your company approves and settles.

  • Valuation figures appear only if your company chooses to disclose them.

  • Selling is possible only inside a company-controlled window, with its approvals and rights of first refusal.

Your grant is not a mystery.
It is a holding.

If your company runs equity on Perseids, ask for access to your employee view.
