Commercial terms are structured around completed mandates, execution services and enterprise partnerships — not software seats. Banks, brokers, custodians, law firms, corporate finance, valuation and tax practices join the execution network without a standard subscription.
Questions
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- No. All plan prices are shown excluding VAT and any applicable sales tax. Tax is determined and added at checkout based on your billing country and VAT status, including reverse charge where it applies, and appears on your invoice.
- Which currency will I be billed in?
- The currency of the country on your billing profile, defaulting to your browser region. Once a subscription exists, that currency is locked in until you explicitly change it.
- What happens if I exceed a plan limit?
- Existing data is never deleted or hidden. You simply cannot add beyond the limit until you upgrade, and the interface tells you which limit you have reached.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are charged ten months up front instead of twelve, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
- Do roles and plans interact?
- They are independent. Your role decides what you personally may do; the plan decides what the company has access to. An action needs both to pass.
- What happens to my price if public pricing changes?
- Nothing. Active subscriptions keep the plan price and currency they were created with; new pricing applies to new subscriptions only, and grandfathered prices are preserved.
- Is there a fee on secondary transactions?
- No. Perseids charges no transaction percentage and takes no brokerage commission. Company-controlled liquidity programmes are quoted separately.
